Carving A Ripped Abs

I hit something and it isn't gold, it's the dreaded plateau. There was new definition here and there at the beginning and then I got stuck. So I switched and tweaked my workout plan over and over again meaning it's a brand new workout each week. There's no way that I'll let those muscles guess what's next because there's simply no routine.

Already on the 4 th week of Rip:60. Almost throw up on the 3 rd week and this week is just a Recharging week. Still doing HIIT in between to fire up the metabolic system and also prepping my body for the next stage.

Going to work even harder next week for the Muscle Activation programme on Rip:60 I want a six pack abs! Can't wait...
